The process

The Application
The process begins at this point. Your application serves as a notification of your desire to enroll in a course. Upon receipt of your application and all accompanying documents, we will evaluate it to confirm that you satisfy the necessary eligibility criteria, after which we will proceed with your enrollment in the selected course.

Self Assessment
This instrument is intended to enable you to evaluate your skills and experience in relation to the units included in the qualification you have selected for enrollment. Essentially, it provides an opportunity for you to express your perception of your knowledge and comprehension of the course units. The Self-Assessment consists of a straightforward multiple-choice questionnaire that requests you to indicate the frequency with which you engage in a specified set of tasks.

Evidence Portfolio
We request that you provide a variety of documents to assist in your Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process. These documents will enable us to assess whether you possess adequate evidence of prior skills acquired in the workplace, specifically related to the tasks pertinent to the criteria of the qualification units.

Competency Conversation
This dialogue takes place between you and one of our highly qualified and accredited trainers. The purpose of these discussions is to evaluate your pertinent knowledge and comprehension of the components of the units included in your qualification.

Observations & Third Party Report
This section serves to evaluate your proficiency by means of practical demonstrations of your skills in a professional setting. Essentially, this is the opportunity for you to showcase your capabilities. An authorized individual from your workplace may then provide their endorsement to verify that you can competently execute the skills related to your qualification.
